Approval of 6/16/09 BOD Minutes: Motion/second/passed.

Treasurer: Budget to Actual report circulated, showing a balance as of 7/21/09 of $48,905.
Sam Hughes Cares for Seniors - Emailed report from Coordinator Mills: a) Served 9 different seniors in June; continue planning for Oktoberfest party 10/18; no Steering Committee meeting in August.
CCRC: Schuessler to replace Soltys.
Membership - Bell: Example of T-shirt shown at an approximately cost of $9 each, Membership cards distributed, City mailing sent to neighborhood for more members. Traffic - Donahue: "Safe Routes to Schools" is awaiting funds; when available the selected consultant will be given the go-ahead; during the design phase, public meetings will be held; Tucson DOT person in charge is Zelin Canchola. Land Use/NPZ - Schuessler: Attended 6/22/09 meeting where the position of NPZ was read. Feldman & Jefferson Park are the first neighborhoods involved.Old Business: a) Benedictine Monastery needs and various ideas discussed; issue to be revisited at the next meeting; b) Can A Week program tabled; Vacancies on the Board discussed.
New Business: The 8/18/09 meeting will be a retreat/planning session at PJ Sub's.
